I am a mother of two, a wife, and owner of five fun dogs. Four are rescues, and one is an AKC-registered Great Dane. I do search and rescue where I track and humanely trap dumped, injured, and lost dogs in the mountains, deserts, and in communities. I am a private pilot student, always learning about weather and safety.
I graduated from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, with a degree in Health and Physical Fitness Sciences and Nutrition. I was the first President of ASU's Healthy Lifestyle Organization to win the acclaimed Pitchfork Award for Outstanding Leader.
I am currently on staff as an instructor at Arizona State University for the College of Health Solutions.
Previously, I was a professional ballroom dance athlete, serving as a trainer, Instructor, Coach, and Competitor, winning titles nationally and regionally. I still maintain my membership with the NDCA.
I am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) and the National Board of Health Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC).
